CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
4 nos Whole Egg (separate the Yolk and the Egg White)
1 tbsp Double Action Baking Soda
4 tbsp Sugar
4 tbsp Flour
6 tbsp Butter
8 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup Whipping Cream
CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
100gm Dark Chocolate/ Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup Whipping Cream
Method:
- Beat butter and Sugar till Creamy
- Add in the yolk one at a time, then add in the Egg white. Beat it till fluffy.
- Add in the Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, and Flour, Mix well.
- Lastly add in the Whipping Cream
- Set the temperature at 180c and bake for 45 minutes
For Chocolate Ganache:
- Heat the whipped Cream for 2 minutes under medium fire.
- Pour the warm whipped cream to the chips, leave it for 2 minutes then mix it well.
- Chill it in the chille, once it set, pour it onto the cake.
